AGEING WELL: Age Cymru Gwynedd a Mon have teamed up with Communitie­s First and Gwynedd Council to run an ageing well project for over-50s in Bangor and Caernarfon. The aim is to encourage older people to come for a cuppa and a chat, and to take part in activities if they so wish. For example there are gentle chair exercises in the scout hut in Maesincla, Caernarfon every Wednesday from 10am onwards, a computer skills course every Friday from 10am onwards, whereby people can bring their own devices to learn on, or use ones provided for them.
