O DDRWS I DDRWS: runs a bus service from Llŷn to Ysbyty Gwynedd every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for £1 each way. The bus starts out from Llŷn to arrive at Ysbyty Gwynedd convenient for visiting time 1.30pm-2.30pm. It will pick up from the villages around Llŷn. Passengers must book with O Ddrws i Ddrws on 01758 721777 or e mail oddrwsiddr­ws@yahoo. co.uk DROP-IN MINDFULNES­S SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulnes­s practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulnes­s. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only.
