The Centre provides and offers a wide range of leisure activities board games, pool, darts and dominoes, Also have an Arts and Craft group every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10.30am- 3pm. Distribute­s Food Bank vouchers every Tuesday and Friday for people who are in a crisis, If it is a bank holiday we will issue these on the day before. Formerly of Pwllheli. Died on June 19 at Foelas, Bryn y Neuadd, Llanfairfe­chan, aged 70 years. Kelving was brought up in Pwllheli. He lived with his mother, father, brother and sisters and had a happy life despit having learning disabiliti­es. Kelvin was wellknown in Pwllheli. During his younger days he would have to go on the buses and knew all the bus drivers at the Crosville. He also enjoyed the carnival where he would enter his bike every year and the ambulancem­en would help decorate it for him. He also had many happy times at Butlins with his father. During the last year Kelvin’s health was deteriorat­ing. He will be missed so much by his family. He was a joy to have as a brother. The family would like to thank all the staff at Foelas, Bryn y Neuadd and everyone who sent cards and donations for Foelas, also G D Roberts and Son, and Rev Naomi Starkey. The funeral was on Thursday, June 28, with public service at St Pedrog’s Church, Llanbedrog, followed by private interment at Penrhos Cemetery, officiated by Rev Naomi Starkey. The organist was Dilys Prytherch. The tribute was by Sophie Roberts. Bearers were Hans, Karl, Stephen, Tomos. Family mourners were Karen Novack, Hans Novack, Raymond Kelly, Vicky Kelly, Stephen Kelly, Sarah, Sophie, Chelsie Roberts, Karl and Lisa Novack, Toms and Ffion Kelly, Laura Jones, Heidi Novack, Brenda Ferguson, Heather Hughes, Alwena Gordon. Adele and Ken Warren, Neil, Scotty and Dewi. Flowers were sent by Raymond, Vicky, Karen, Hansm Sarah, Karl, Jason, Stephen, Sophie, Chelsie, Erin, Lucas, Leo. Unavoidabl­y absent was Jason Cook. Funeral refreshmen­ts were at Glyn y Weddw Arms, Llanbedrog. Funeral arrangemen­ts were by GD Roberts and Son, Chapel of Rest, Pwllheli. In July the members visited Star on Anglesey and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Aga Home Cooking. There will be no meeting in August. Meetings are held on the first Thursday monthly at 1.30pm in the chapel vestry. New members are always welcome.
