DEUDRAETH CAMERA CLUB: speaker Helen Iles - “My Journey with a Camera ”. Price: £3 at door including light refreshments at the Holy Trinity Church Hall, Penrhyndeudraeth at 7.30pm. Monday, October 8: Helen discovered photography as a student, and instantly fell in love with the ability to freeze time, to make something from nothing. She is now 10 years into this photography adventure, which has got her out and up into some of the most incredible mountain landscapes she has everseen. She now wild camps and lugs kit into some of the most extreme landscapes Wales can throw at her, just to capture that elusive moment of light, that magical dawn or low lying wisp of cloud.
