Ladies enjoy sweet revenge with emphatic 4-0 victory

REVENGE was sweet for Pwllheli Ladies when they took on Denbigh Town last Sunday in North Wales Women’s Football League Division One.

Seven days after suffering a 4-1 defeat at Denbigh, Pwll turned the tables with a 4-0 victory at The Rec.

Magi Hughes (2), Kim Parry and Sioned Jones shared the goals.

Abby Williams bagged a hat-trick as Airbus recorded a first win of the season by whipping Prestatyn 5-1.

Katie Midwinter made it back-to-back trebles for Bethesda, who took the honours 4-2 at Corwen in Division Two.

Rhyl Developmen­t romped to a 6-0 triumph at Mountain Rangers.

Sophie Haywood and Sade Benjamin bagged two each for the visitors, Ceri Purvis and Charlie Skeffingto­n also on the mark.
