YOUTH CLUB: Bontnewydd Youth Club leaders John and Maria offer a warm welcome to the young people of Bontnewydd and surroundin­g villages to participat­e in the club’s activities. The club is open every Tuesday from 7-9pm and open to students from Year Seven upwards. Activities scheduled this year include trips out of the club to participat­e in Ice skating, Indoor Climbing, Ten Pin Bowling, trips to the cinema. Also a range of activities offered within the club including pool, table tennis, cookery, boxing punch bag and game consoles. Members will also have an opportunit­y to achieve the NICAS indoor climbing Level 1 climbing certificat­e. For any further informatio­n about the club, contact John on 0791 9923548 or Maria. Cartref Caffi open 9.30am-4pm, Offering homemade freshly cooked meals, snacks and breakfast at reasonable prices. Y Cartref is also seeking volunteers. Every Friday Bingo including chicken in a basket noon-3pm. First Monday of every month a speaker will be at Y Cartref, November 5 will be Gwendoline Bayliss giving a historical talk “Dyddiadur fy mam”. Donations towards Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn.
