DROP-IN MINDFULNESS SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulness practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulness. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only.
