DROP-IN MINDFULNES­S SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulnes­s practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulnes­s. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only. FLU CLINICS: At Ty Doctor. If you are over 65, suffer with a chronic condition, or you are a carer, then you are entitled to a free Flu injection.
