After many trips to the Llangefni Food technology centre and much deliberation over names, the ice cream was launched at the Nefyn Show in 2014. In 2016 her daughter opened the Ice cream Parlour in Pwllheli. Several flavours are now produced, but vanilla is still the favourite. Anwen gave us all a tub of ice cream, it was delicious.
