Matters arising: Members to inform clerk of any matters arising. Financial position 26/05/2020: Main account £8384.33. Sub-account £1914.14 Incoming: Gwynedd Council Precept Grant £5500. Dafydd Hardy – rent Llys Bulkeley £478.46. Outgoings: Zurich Insurance £930.52 - AT requested Clerk to pay online. £1000 transferre­d from main account to sub account. Financial: Relevant documents passed to Gwynedd Council’s Auditor for inspection. VAT: Applicatio­n for VAT refund made up to 31/03/2020 for £844.17. Correspond­ence: Hope House - Request for financial assistance. Discuss request when Covid-19 situation is resolved. b) Claire Walters - Request for financial assistance towards defibrilla­tors. Discuss request when Covid-19 situation is resolved. c) Steven Shaw, Power for People - Local Electricit­y Bill Support for Parliament. E-mail sent for members’ considerat­ion. As a result, Clerk correspond­ed with MP in support of campaign. d) Tenovus Cancer Care Request for financial assistance. Discuss request when Covid-19 situation is resolved. e) Planning Unit, Gwynedd Council - Update on planning procedure during Covid-19. Members of Committee have received copy of letter via email. f) Welsh Shield - Financial assistance to purchase PPE. Keep letter on file. g) HMRC - Employment Allowance for 2020/21 state aids: de minimis aid: Letter for informatio­n. All members received copy by email. Letter to be kept on file for 10 years. Council insurance 2020-21: Committee resolved to renew policy with Zurich at £930.52. Village playing field: Inspection scheduled for June. Llys bulkeley: Members to inform Clerk of any issues arising. Member pay 2020/21: Members to inform Clerk if they wish to receive Members’ Remunerati­on for current year by June 12. Any other business: a) Snowdon Parking Review: E-mail received from Catrin Glyn, Snowdon Partnershi­p Officer requesting members views on situation. Members have forwarded their comments to Clerk or contacted Catrin Glyn directly. As a result Clerk responded to Officer’s email confirming that the Council was aware of parking problems at busy times and requested to continue to receive info regarding proposals to improve the situation. Next meeting: June 29. Should COVID-19 situation continue, Clerk will send members an “Agenda and Actions / Notes” document before date.
