Checks totaling £1080.02 need to be submitted, therefore Clerk to transfer £1000 from sub account to main account. Sub Account £1,913.74 (23/03/2020). Bulb Electricity £13.26 (BACS payment by clerk). Planning Applications: None. Correspondence: HSBC – New terms and conditions. Dr Davies, International Music Eisteddfod Llangollen – Request for financial assistance - discuss request when COVID-19 situation is resolved. Sioned Williams, Economy Department Gwynedd Council – Advice for residents and businesses regarding Brexit – Information placed on website. Chelsea Chamberlain, Dewi Sant Hospice – Introduction to service - Discuss further when COVID-19 situation is resolved. Land Registration Wales – Village Hall – Letter informing Council of inspection of land. Alun Roberts, Highways Gwynedd Council – Damaged wall at Llyn Glas (between Aberglaslyn Bridge and Nantmor) - Rails placed across damaged wall as temporary arrangement. Matter passed to Consultancy Structures Team for repairs. Any info regarding details of vehicle driver who caused damage to contact clerk. Water Rising Aberglasyn – Highways Department to discuss matter with National Trust. Cancer and Hematology Unit - Request for financial assistance discuss request when COVID-19 situation is resolved.
