Clay pigeon shoot set to raise funds

-

WHETHER a novice or expert, gather your team of friends, colleagues, or family for our charity clay pigeon shoot in aid of local hospice care.

The prestigious event takes place on Wednesday July 6 in the impressive grounds of St David’s College and following the success of the previous year, 2022 will provide opportunities for all levels of skills to be able to take part in the day.

For those who have their own equipment, gun licence and insurance, you can enjoy a full day of shooting plus gourmet barbecue and an evening of entertainment. There will be individual and team challenges across ten stands.

The Introduction to Shooting is ideal for beginners which includes an hour of shooting lesson, meal and entertainment.

The shoot itself is being run by Oliver Foulkes from the North Wales Simulated Game, and his highly experienced team.

Once the course and lessons have been completed, the participants will then return to the marquee for a gourmet barbecue, a fully stocked bar and an evening of entertainment.

Hospice Event Coordinator Rhian Jacobs said: “As always, the event promises some of the finest simulated clay shooting, and we thank Oliver for his generosity in providing us with the expertise for this special event.

“We are also grateful to St David’s College for this unique opportunity to raise funds for St David’s Hospice, and we do hope you can join us for a fantastic day of shooting.

“This year, once again we are opening up the evening to those who would prefer to just come for the meal, entertainment and beautiful surroundings (no clay pigeon shooting involved). It promises to be a great night with live music and speed artist Dave Sharp is confirmed he will be returning to wow his audience”

By supporting this event, you are helping your local hospice provide free specialist end of life care to local people living with life-limiting illnesses in Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.

The tickets prices for the event are:

● Sponsorship package: £1,250 (with an opportunity to market your business at the event),
