SADOUN DEFENDS CANNES PULLOUT
Publicis Groupe chief executive Arthur Sadoun (pictured) has defended the network’s pullout of Cannes Lions. Speaking at ISBA’S annual lunch, Sadoun stressed that the move was about transformation and said of the criticism: “I take it; I don’t care.” Brand trust was the “biggest battle of our industry”, he said, adding: “Restoring the trust between agencies and clients is the top priority.”
