Spot on, Leigh!
‘SUPER happy’ was how the Spot the Ball jackpot winner described her feelings.
Leigh Philips from Kilmichael had a go every week at spotting the ball in the Argyllshire Advertiser without success – but last week her luck changed as she scooped the £4,400 jackpot in the April 14 competition.
‘I didn’t believe the lady who phoned up to tell me I’d won,’ Leigh said.
‘And my hubby David didn’t believe me when I told him either.’
Leigh added: ‘This is more money than I’ve ever had, and it will make life a bit easier for us. I’m a student and we have two daughters. David works hard, so this is just brilliant.’
