KITCHEN MANAGER
if you are a versatile cook, have management experience in developing and running a busy kitchen and have a passion for creating menus from locally sourced produce, then we need to speak with you! This is an exciting opportunity to build a small kitchen team of like-minded people, passionate about food and providing a positive and enthusiastic customer experience.
TECHNICAL & MARKETING Manager
You may have a love of film, you must have a passion for communication, and a flair for marketing together with a robust background in technical support. This incredible opportunity should excite you! You need to be articulate, organised, and able to use your own initiative while also working as part of this dynamic new team.
DEPUTY MANAGER
Do you have considerable management experience in a supportive role, but also keen to take on responsibility? We need the right person to help in the smooth day to day operating of the cinema and the café. A love for the F&B industry, relishing working within a busy café and cinema; and someone who enjoys working with people are essential requirements.
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to build a team from the beginning for this stunning new Fort William Bar and Café. We need you to have experience of purchasing and managing budgets and have basic computer literacy. But more than this, we are looking for a person to build an enthusiastic team passionate about customer service.
ADMIN & FINANCE MANAGER
You will need to have demonstrable computer literacy including a familiarity with data-base packages and book-keeping software, and love to work in an organised and professional manner. You will often be our customers and suppliers first contact with The Highland Cinema and require excellent inter-personal skills and exude confidence.
