Tennent’s welcomes people back to the pubs with a pint

-

As pubs in Campbeltown begin to reopen their doors, Tennent’s has pledged a pint to Scotland as part of its ‘Dedicated to You’ campaign.

Complimentary pints of Tennent’s Lager and Tennent’s Light will be waiting for people to enjoy at licensed venues in the town.

Tennent’s Lager, which has been a part of Scottish culture and society for 135 years, is now offering to buy Scotland a pint following a tough few months for everyone.

With people unable to meet up with friends and family during this time, and many occasions and celebrations missed, the company wanted to be with the nation as people come together with those they care about after months of absence.

Bars, hotels and clubs in Campbeltown including the Burnside Bar, the Feathers Inn, the Ailsa Bar, the Kilbrannan Bar, the Fiddlers Inn and the Ardshiel Hotel have signed up and are looking forward to serving their customers quality pints once again.

Tennent’s announced Dedicated to You last week with a video soundtracked by former T-Break artist Declan Welsh and the Decadent West’s heart-warming anthem, Times – a song all about relishing life and being with friends.

Tennent’s described it as ‘the perfect accompaniment’ to the film which follows bartenders returning to work, alongside drinkers holding signs with names of people to whom they would like to dedicate a well-deserved pint. Drinkers can claim their complimentary pint by visiting Ten nents dedicated to you. com. They can also share the campaign with someone close to them so they can also sign up to get a fresh pint in one of the thousands of participating bars.

In recent weeks Scotland has been gradually getting back to business and the brewery team has been working around the clock to ensure freshly brewed pints of Tennent’s Lager and Tennent’s Light are available for outlets reopening all over the country.

Kenny Gray, managing director at Tennent’s, said: ‘For the last 135 years, Tennent’s Lager has been dedicated to Scotland and proud to serve the freshest, quality pints to pubs and drinkers across the country.

‘From moments with friends and family to birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and graduations – the list of things we’ve all missed during this difficult period is endless.’
