OPAQUE HEADLIGHTS

The headlights on our Prius have turned opaque, which is usually only the exterior surface and can sometimes be rectified with a suitable cleaning solution. We tried a plastic cleaner called Plex-rx, supplied by Demon Tweeks, which can be used to clean anything from a visor on a crash helmet to GRP bodywork on a car. It made a visible difference to the exterior of our headlights, removing most of the opacity.
