How to avoid Coronavirus contamination in your vehicle.

We were also interested in knowing the answers to such questions because it affects many aspects of the motoring industry, from dealing with the delivery of parts to allowing someone else to drive your vehicle.
Our seven tips here aim to deal with these questions and provide the answers with practical advice. Unfortunately, there is no straightforward solution, but there are many cautionary steps that can be adopted.

Research has shown the virus that causes Covid-19 can exist on packaging such as cardboard for up to 24 hours, so such deliveries need to be treated with caution. Allocate a decontamination area in your house or garage, which can be used to unpack a delivery, wash it down and dispose of any unwanted cardboard. It’s not just the exterior packaging that can be contaminated with virus particles: the same problem applies to whatever packaging is inside, so dispose of it carefully.
