Thank God, a proper ka

The 330i proved worthy of the motorsport paddock this month, as support car when I got a drive with four others in the 12 Heures du Norfolk and the EnduroKa championship – a budget series with a grid full of, yep, Ford Kas. Sadly our car/Ka retired after the first couple of hours (before I could climb aboard), so it was a long weekend of two return journeys to Snetterton and two full days mostly waiting. The 330i’s comfort and decent mpg made the journeys easy, the comfy cabin made it easy to settle down to work on the laptop, and there was plenty of space in the back while suiting up for the race that never was.
