FROM THE VAULTS
HAVING worked their magic to bring Westworld to the small screen, Lisa Foy and Jonathan Nolan are turning their attention to the Fallout game series.
The franchise’s developer, Bethesda Game Studios, will co-produce the series for Amazon Studios, to bring the game’s feel to the show.
Fallout is a post-apocalyptic RPG series set during the 22nd and 23rd centuries. Its atompunk retrofuturistic setting and art work are influenced by the post-war culture of 1950s America – as is the delightful Vault Boy, who acts as a sort of guide. There’s no news of when it’s likely to air, as Foy and Nolan have the fourth series of Westworld to worry about first.
