Recycling facilities Some time ago we lost the excellent facility in the car park of the former Co-Op store in Cross Hands; then recently we have lost the facility on Heol Caegwyn. In answer to questions posed by many in the village, the nearest facility is located in the car park opposite Tumble Hall. There are also facilities in the Park in Pontyberem and at Mynyddcerrig Social Club. County council officers are searching for a suitable site in Drefach but have had no success to date. If you know of a suitable location, please tell one of our county councillors.
