OAP meeting Gwaun-cae-gurwen OAP branch now meet on the first Thursday afternoon of every month (as opposed to Wednesday evenings as before). Therefore,their next gathering will be tomorrow commencing at 2pm at the usual venue, Gwaun-cae-gurwen Community Centre; new members are always warmly welcomed.

Cwmgors RFC’S gigs Cwmgors Rugby Club’s free-admission Sunday gigs continue this weeken, when Real Big Elephant will entertain. Cwmgors families together group Plant Dewi offers free activities for all the family at Cwmgors Community Centre every Monday morning including family craft activities, baby massage, a cuppa and a chat, also language and play sessions. Christmas wreathmaking session Ysgol Gwaun-cae-gurwen PTA have organised a Christmas wreathmaking session with Sian Perthi on Wednesday, December 1, between 6.30pm and 8.30pm to be held at GCG Community Centre, New Road. Eco week Ysgol Gwaun-cae-gurwen will be having an eco week between November 1 and 5, the week after half-term break, when pupils are using the plastic and other items brought in during the week to create different things. Thank you for your co-operation, diolch yn fawr.
