Free Sunday bands Cwmgors Rugby Club’s free Sunday gigs continue this weekend; on April 24, Warren & Co. will entertain.

Bereavement Deepest sympathy is expressed to the family of Mr Daniel John Spedding, of Cwmgors, who passed away peacefully on March 26 at his home at the age of 79. Mr Spedding, who formerly worked for the Ford Motor Company in Swansea, was the loving husband of Brenda, the couple having been married for 55 years. He was also a proud father of Barry, Robin and the late Alwyn, a caring father-in-law of Denise, Helen and Melissa and a proud and loving grandfather of Nicholas, Cai, Grace and Ruby, fondly remembered by his younger sister, Eira. The funeral was at Margam Crematorium on April 14.
