Sky news! I’ve seen a witch in the clouds!

Driving along, my mind was buzzing. You see, I had a big decision to make… A deeply spiritual person, I was trying to make a living giving readings and selling my spiritually-inspired jewellery and sculptures.

But as a single mumof-three, I was really struggling to make ends meet.

I’d recently seen an advert for a wellpaid cleaning job.

‘I don’t have a choice,’ I told myself sadly.

But, turning a corner, I gasped.

There, in the otherwise clear blue sky, was a single white cloud in the shape of a pregnant woman.

Selene the Greek Goddess of fertility, motherhood and the Moon. She’d come to me in meditation the previous year, had been guiding and healing me ever since.

Now, appearing as a cloud, I knew Selene was telling me to persevere with my spiritual work. Encouraged, I started working with another Goddess of mothers, Egyptian Isis. But, four years on, I was still struggling to pay the bills. One day, I was leaving my house when I saw a second Goddess in the clouds – Isis with her wings outstretched. She was telling me I had to keep ploughing on. ‘OK, if you want me to work for you, get me a job!’ I said. Soon after, the owner of a spiritual stall in Manchester offered to let me sell my jewellery and sculptures there. Then, the stall’s tarot reader left – and I got the job! Isis had answered my plea. Ever since, I’ve been given lots of signs in the clouds – including a witch on a broomstick! Clouds are amazing. You can use them for scrying, interpreting symbols, you see. I’m so lucky Selene and Isis showed themselves to me. I wouldn’t be doing the work I love so much without my Goddesses in the sky.
