Yet many people prefer a local class with an instructor to help you perfect your technique. Check out what’s available at your local gym, health club, or community hall. But, while yoga or tai chi might reduce pain, do proceed with caution so you don’t make it worse. Tell a teacher about any health problems, so they can adapt the routine to meet your needs.
