Make it!

Sift 1/2 cup Amaranth flour with 1/2 cup wholewheat flour. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup whole milk with 3 tbsp melted butter and 1 egg. Stir into the flour mix until a batter is formed for a batch of tasty pancakes. Serve with honey to attract new love, or maple syrup for luck!
