W hen Denise Kent took over Derby Square Book Store in Salem in 2014, she renovated the property and called it Wicked Good Books. Nothing unusual happened, but she got a paranormal expert to investigate anyway – Ron Kolek from the New England Ghost Project. When the tunnels (connected to a warehouse) under the shop were revealed during work, construction he found human remains.
