Within five minutes of starting a standing seance, we smelt unexplained aromas, notably a very strong flowery scent. This smell kept moving around the seance group. One minute it was there, the next it had gone. The electromagnetic field detector (EMF) was lighting up, too, in response to questions being asked. Some say this is indicative of activity. We then walked to

what was part of the former bake house. This was also in a ruinous condition, but eerie nonetheless.

Again we asked for spirit contact, and the flowery scent moved around the group and the EMF lights flashed.

Was this a link to one of the former occupants of Gwrych, Lady Dundonald, who wore violet perfume?
