Danielle appealed through her local paper to get in touch with Frank, the 999 medical dispatcher who helped Warren deliver Maisie. North West Ambulance Services saw the family’s appeal and invited them to their centre, where they met Frank and had a behindthe-scenes glimpse of 999 operations.
