TEACUP POISONER

-

In June 1972, the so-called Teacup Poisoner Graham Young was jailed for murder. At 14, he’d begun trying to poison people. A classmate fell ill, then family members, and his stepmum died. Young admitted several attempted murders and spent nine years in Broadmoor Hospital.

On his release in 1971, Young got a job as a tea boy and dosed colleagues with thallium, killing two of them.

He received four life sentences and remained in prison until his death in 1990.
