A home at Meadow View was ‘meant to be’ for Chloe

-

Chloe L’heureux had her hopes raised and dashed many times over the two years it took before she finally managed to move to her dream home at Meadow View in Nutbourne.

Fortunately Chloe and her eight-year-old son were renting in Bosham while she waited for her property in Basingstoke to sell and she kept a close eye on Rightmove.

After eventually securing a buyer and choosing a new home, Chloe felt things were falling into place until the developer withdrew.

Heartbroken and now two days into lockdown, she turned once again to Rightmove

and that’s when everything really started looking up.

Chloe spotted Meadow View, the new development of 55 homes by Pallant Homes where a new four bedroom house had just come on the market.

“I walked past it a few times and I really liked it,” said Chloe, “so I got in contact with Simply New Homes at Henry Adams who arranged for me to have a look around.

“Literally from that moment, I fell in love with the house.

“I thought everything had happened for a reason to align me to this house which is actually so much nicer than any of the other houses

I’d seen.

“From then on, it just went really quickly and it’s actually all worked out how it should work out.”

Pallant Homes have purposely not installed the kitchens at Meadow View on their available properties to allow buyers to make their own selections and personalise their homes from the selection provided.

“I was really pleased they held off putting the kitchen in as I knew exactly what I wanted and the kitchen is beautiful,” said Chloe.

“The Roca bathrooms were already installed but they actually use Porcelanosa tiles which are really high quality and they even went the extra mile by putting vanity units and heated towel rails in.

“Pallant Homes has done some really nice finishing touches that weren’t extras, such as chrome sockets and a turfed garden.

“And the way they’ve laid the development out means I have nobody overlooking my garden so it’s very private.”

Chloe had a checklist of requirements for her next home, including a parking space and, ideally, an ensuite bathroom.

At Meadow View she has both, as well as a garage and a utility room.

“It’s hard to nail down just one thing I like about the house, it’s incredibly light, I like the high ceilings and it feels very spacious,” she said.

Pallant Homes then went above and beyond to make sure Chloe and her son were delighted with their new home at Meadow View.

“The developers were absolutely meticulous and the house was immaculate. I went in to try and find snags and I couldn’t find anything!

“Just before I moved in they had it all cleaned again and they painted every slight defect.

“Everyone’s just been really helpful, they’ve really gone the extra mile.”

Meadow View is the ideal setting for anyone who enjoys the comforts of home and the joys of outdoor activity.

Chloe and her son were delighted to discover that if you walk through the meadow, directly opposite the development, there’s a path that goes all the way down to the water’s edge.
