If you’re looking for a perfect first-generation Mustang that requires no work at all, we reckon this is about as close as you can get. Apart from the high quality of the restoration work, it’s an attractive masculine colour with a nice, clean, unfussy interior and is numbers-matching in terms of drive train, paint and interior. Anyone who’s had the misfortune to have to try and deal with a non-power hood will know the value of a power-operated one and the power steering is a nice touch, as is the console.
