1959 Armstrong-Siddeley Star Sapphire

There could be no better Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud rival than the Siddeley Star Sapphire. Built up to a quality and not down to a price, the range-topping model reflflected a vanishing social structure. Yet those looks still appealed, as did the build quality. DVCA’s 1959 car was given a bare-metal repaint in 2013. Mechanically said to have no known faults it’s a lovely, comparatively rare saloon.
