Small car for big pockets?

SUFFOLK, 20 FEBRUARY Readers of a certain age will remember when Matchbox Toys represented pocket size models for pocket money prices. Some still are, but really collectable ones will fetch prices out of all proportion to their diminutive size.
A good example is the Superfast No. 12D Citroën CX Estate pre-production model, estimated at £100-150 in Lacy Scott & Knight’s Toys and Collectors Models Sale at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, this Saturday (20 February).
To the uninitiated it might not look that special, with its red body and bare metal base with incomplete copyright date, but just watch it go!
