Every sale has a car that gets punter attention throughout the day, and here was that car – a very late, K-plate Torslanda model. In husband and wife ownership from new until 2011 when it was bought by the vendor it was just so right. The bodywork was super-straight and the paint in fine condition, while the superb Volvo build quality meant doors hung just as well as the day it left the factory. The blue cloth interior was equally good. It had been given a £1000-1500 estimate.
