The fascinating Newhaven Fort is reason enough to take a trip to Sussex, but this great show is the icing on the cake. Organised by the Southern Classics Society as its spring show, 2016 is the third year that the event is held at this historic location and a fantastic selection of vehicles is guaranteed. The entry fee – just £5 for a classic car and two passengers – also provides entry to the Fort’s attractions. And if you show your car, you could win a prize. 10am-5pm. www.southernclassics.org.uk
