Michael Green

Beginning a series of design classics, artist and illustrator Michael Green has chosen a legend of the track to immortalise in print. The Silver Arrows captures the technical feel of Mercedes-Benz’ eponymous racing cars in a limited edition run of 100 prints priced at £40. Rather than the typically offered giclée inkjet process, Michael’s artwork is produced using a foil block process, etching the design onto copper plate then using heat and pressure to transfer the print to a sandwich of foil and paper to give a suitably technical feel.
