DAIMLER SP250 (1959-64)

-

While values for Daimler’s V8 two-seater haven’t risen as quickly as its Jaguar, Triumph or AustinHealey contemporaries, it’s still proven to be a steady riser in today’s buoyant classic market. If you’d bought one 15 years ago for the £15k a good one commanded and then sold it on a few years later, you might have made the money back, but it’s only over the past ten years that values have started to creep up. The increase in prices has been gradual but has proved that solid SP250s were worth hanging onto – the same cars are now commanding upwards of £30k.
