ickx and Bell reunited

Porsche Club GB will honour legendary racing drivers Jacky Ickx (below) and Derek Bell with a pair of ‘evening with’ style events for motorsport fans.

The first is a members-only affair with Jacky Ickx on 22 February at the Porsche Centre East London. The event will also be streamed live on Facebook.

Ickx will then join former team-mate Derek Bell on the club’s stand in the main hall at the London Classic Car Show on 23-26 February.

‘Sharing a car with Jacky at Le Mans was one of the high points of my career,’ says Bell, who partnered Ickx to victory in 1975, ’81 and ‘82.’
