Tributes paid to show organiser
Tributes have been paid to one of the founding organisers of one of Britain’s biggest classic car shows.
Edgar Millar, who was involved with the Classic and Performance Car Spectacular at Tatton Park since its inception in 1986, died on 11 March following a battle with cancer.
His daughter Maria says: ‘He loved classic cars and always wanted to put on the best show possible for the owners and enthusiasts,’ she says.‘ For him it was always about how good the event was rather than how much money it made.’
The Classic and Performance Spectacular is on 3-4 June.
