1966 Wolseley Hornet
Pint-sized, affordable and with a touch of luxury, the Wolseley Hornet makes as much sense today as it did new, when it often lived on suburban driveways as a plush second car. With the kudos of being the first car offered by Brightwells at Bicester, this older restoration that had, on the whole, lasted well. The bodywork was good, new panels having been fitted when it was refreshed, but the paint was starting to go flat around the rear wings. The interior was lovely and it enjoyed plenty of mechanical work in 2014.
