Donington Historic Festival gets interactive
Spectators at this year’s Donington Historic Festival will get the opportunity to get behind the wheel of some of the classics. Taking place at Donington Park Circuit on 28-30 April, precision driving legend Paul Swift (Russ Swift’s son) will be offering stunt driving lessons, teaching people how to do J-turns and spins. The stunt driver will also perform a tribute to
The Italian Job, with a high-speed stunt involving three classic Minis. Visitors will also be given the chance to try drifting, and would-be racing drivers can experience passenger rides in some of the latest Caterham Sevens. Event organiser Richard Grafton, says: ‘We are hugely excited about the changes to the 2017 event. With these in place, we truly believe this year’s festival is going to be the best one yet.’
