‘ There are very few standard Supras left’

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - Living With Classics - THE SPECIALIST GAWAINE TAYLOR ESSEX SUPRAS

Gawaine, who runs specialist firm Essex Supras with Martin Peacham, comments: ‘ The majority of Supras are reserved for show use and occasional drives but there are very few standard examples left. Most of them have had power upgrades along with lowered suspension, aftermarket wheels and cosmetic improvements. Many owners also go for increased boost, a more free-flowing exhaust and better air filtration, which gives around 280bhp – a much livelier car at reasonable cost.’ essexsupras.com
