A single fault stood between our MG and an MoT pass – the nearside headight aim was too low, which is likely due to its front-end repairs earlier this year. A replacement light cluster was sourced and fitted and so the ZR was awarded with a 12-month bill of good health, albeit with a couple of advisories. It’s also sporting an MG grille again rather than that silly Rover one – see what that looks like in next week’s issue.
