In all their forms the 924/944/ 968 offer a first-rate driving experience. Buying a good example shouldn’t be prohibitively expensive, and running costs needn’t be too high, either.

An abundance of marque specialists help these cars’ cause, but expect greater performance from the later 944 and 968. The 924 – and the 924S in particular – is perfectly capable in its own right, however.
