ALTERATIONS INTRODUCED TO MAINTAIN THE CORTINA’S IMAGE IN ITS TWILIGHT YEARS

Ford introduces a final series of detail improvements for the Cortina as the end of its production life looms, with increased levels of standard equipment. An all-new Carousel special edition model is introduced, sporting a distinctive new duotone-paint finish. Amazingly, the Cortina is still the UK’s best-selling car.
