‘Wheel swaps are popular mods’

Classic Car Weekly (UK) - - Living With Classics -

‘Scrappage and crashes have depleted the number of Saxos still on the road but of those that are, many are still in everyday use. Some mods are executed poorly because they’re often made on a tiny budget. The most popular mods are wheel swaps, suspension tweaks and aftermarket exhausts. The Saxo is getting more popular with owners in their thirties who take them on track days or show them. Most focus on increasing power rather than changing looks; turbocharging and supercharging are popular.’
