P4s are val­ued ac­cord­ing to con­di­tion rather than spec­i­fi­ca­tion, al­though six-cylin­der cars are more soughtafter. Val­ues have climbed in re­cent years but nice cars start at £4000 with any­thing less than this likely to be in need of recom­mis­sion­ing. Few buy­ers want Rover­drive but most want over­drive and such cars fetch a pre­mium. £10,000 se­cures a re­ally nice P4 – the very best can touch £15k.
