Ex-Beatles Merc at NEC

A Mercedes-Benz 500 SEL once owned by George Harrison will be at the Mercedes-Benz Club’s stand at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show on 10-12 November. The Beatles star bought the 1984 car new and benefitted from the then dealer-fitted AMG treatment. Harrison owned nine Mercedes-Benzs during his lifetime and kept this 500 for more than 16 years. The car will be put up for sale after the show.
