There’s no difference in values between Jaguars and Daimlers, although Jaguars seem to sell more easily for some reason. Condition is all; expect to pay at least £15,000 for an XJ6 worth having, £20,000 for something nice and £30,000 for something superb; the best cars are now touching £40,000. An XJ12 typically adds around 20%. Most sought-after and most valuable of the lot is the Daimler Double-Six Coupé. These cars are sought-after in mainland Europe as well as the US.
