Car club Queen’s Award
The Garvagh Clydesdale and Vintage Car Club from County Londonderry in Northern Ireland has been awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. The award is considered the organisational equivalent to an MBE and recognises the volunteers’ effort to preserve and promote vintage vehicles in their community. The club organises events that show classics cars, steam tractors and horse-drawn vehicles.
